The 5 best tricks to win at Blackjack

I have always enjoyed Blackjack, which is obviously one of the games I've earned the more money with in my entire player life.
Today, even if I have problems using card-counting systems, I still regularly manage to win thanks to the old basic strategies. This one cannot be ignored and it is established as the official technique to win at Blackjack.
Nevertheless, some players simply don't want to loose time by referring to the Blackjack winning technique during a game and refuse to learn it by heart.
Some others don't like to blindly follow a game tactic and would rather take their own decisions instead.

For all these players who are doing it without the benefit of a basic strategy, I suggest 5 elementary advices to follow that would enable them to regularly win at Blackjack.

Always separate your pairs of aces or eights
When your first 2 cards are from a same rank (line or row), you can separate them in two hands, handling them independently. This option is not always the best one. Nevertheless, if you have a pair of aces or a pair of eights, choosing to separate them is always the best option.

Stop when the « dealer » has a 4, 5, or a 6 - otherwise you might burn
With a 4, 5 or a 6 on a visible side card, the croupier has a significant probability to loose surpassing 21. If you could also burn by drawing an additional card, then you'd better stop.

Choose a table game where you can double with any hand.
At Blackjack, at the beginning of a game, instead of drawing an extra card, you can decide to double your bet. In that case, you get a single extra card. A lot of table games allow you to double with hands of 10 or 11. Avoid them and give priority to the ones who allow you to choose this game option no matter what are your first 2 cards. Indeed, such table games have an advantage inferior to 0,2%.

Double with an ace if the croupier has a 6
When you have an ace and the « dealer » has a 6, it's the best layout ever to take advantage of the possibility to double. Of course, don't choose this game option if your 2^nd card is worth 9 or 10. Indeed, you might already have a good nice hand and you might burn.

Avoid table games where Blackjack pays only 6 to 5
Traditionally, when you get a hand of 2 cards reaching 21, you benefit from a special payment of 3 to 2. Some table games are less generous and reconstruct such a game with a winning of 6 to 5. Don't play too much on these table games because they're lot less interesting.
