- I didn’t receive my activation email, what should I do?
If you didn’t receive an activation email, it’s because our mail is incorrectly labelled as spam (Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL, etc.).
To make sure you receive our mails, please add support@duel5.com to your list of trusted senders and/or to your contacts list. In order to do this, just follow these simple instructions below.

- Login into your Hotmail / MSN / WINDOWS LIVE™ e-mail account.
- Click on "Options" on the right hand side of the screen.
- Click on "More Options".
- Choose "Safe and blocked senders".
- Select "Safe mailing lists".

- Click on the "Add to list" button.
Yahoo!
- Login into your Yahoo! e-mail account.
- Click on "Contacts" on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on Add contact.

- Login into your AOL e-mail account.
- Click on "Contacts" on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on "New" tab and choose "New Contact".
- A pop up will appear.

- Login into your Gmail e-mail account.

- I can't see some pages properly on my monitor. What can I do?
In order to see our casino games properly on your monitor, please make sure your screen resolution is not too low.
Here is how to check your screen settings on Windows XP
- Click on the "Start" button on Windows.
- Click on "Settings."
- Then click on "Control Panel."
- Double-click on the "Display" icon (monitor).
- When the Display window opens, Click on the "Settings" tab.
- You will see “Screen Resolution” setting in the lower part of the Display window.

In order to play Duel 5. games you need to install Flash Player 9. You can download it for free from Adobe site by simply clicking here.

- How does the Demo Mode works?
On Duel 5, you can try in demo mode all our games for free, whether you are a registered player or not.
In demo mode, you have 1000 credits that allow you to test the games.
This game mode is disconnected from our database therefore the hand history is not stored. Thanks to this option you are able to discover all the features
offered for each game, including rules, bonus games and special activities. Real mode games can differ in certain functionalities.
- I clicked on a game and nothing happened. What's wrong?

If your screen is showing 5 TWO of clubs it means that a network problem occurred. Therefore your computer did not receive the correct info concerning the card drawn. Please note that the draw would still have been completed properly on our server.
If a game is not finished when a network cut off occurs, then, when logging in again, the player get his/her hand back. If a game is finished and a network cut off occurs, when he/she logs-in again, the result of the hand is displayed in the game history section, with cards dealt, wagers, winnings, and current credits. (The wagers are debited and the winnings credited according to the draws made on our servers).
Note: The play for free section doesn't have the Game History function.
